PRODUCTS & PRICING

HOOGA makes reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, images, specifications, availability and pricing are accurate.

However, occasional errors may occur. Product colours and appearance may also vary slightly depending on photography, lighting and your device display.

All prices on the HOOGA UAE Site are displayed in UAE Dirhams (AED) unless otherwise stated. Prices, promotions and product availability may be changed from time to time.

Where an obvious pricing, product or technical error occurs, HOOGA reserves the right to correct the information or take appropriate action regarding affected orders, subject to applicable UAE consumer protection laws.

PRIVACY & SECURITY

HOOGA LOYALTY PROGRAM

Where the HOOGA Loyalty Program is available in the UAE, the following conditions apply:

  1. Customers may register for a HOOGA membership free of charge unless otherwise stated.
  2. Members must provide accurate account information, including a valid email address and other required details.
  3. Members may earn points on eligible purchases. The applicable earning rate, rewards, spending thresholds and promotional benefits will be displayed through HOOGA's membership channels.
  4. Loyalty points are generally valid for 12 months from the date they are earned, unless otherwise specified.
  5. Membership tiers may be based on qualifying spending. Members may be upgraded or downgraded according to the applicable tier requirements.
  6. Welcome vouchers, birthday rewards, member discounts and other benefits are subject to their individual validity periods, minimum-spend requirements and promotional conditions. Certain offers may not be combined.
  7. If an order is returned, exchanged or refunded, points earned from that transaction may be deducted or adjusted. Points already redeemed are generally non-refundable unless otherwise required by applicable law.
  8. Membership benefits may apply online, in HOOGA UAE stores, or both, depending on the terms of the applicable promotion or membership benefit.
  9. Members may manage their preferences for promotional emails or SMS communications where available. Service-related communications concerning membership, transactions, rewards or account security may still be sent where necessary.
  10. Personal information relating to the Loyalty Program will be processed in accordance with HOOGA's Privacy Policy. Information may be shared with authorised service providers where necessary to operate the program.
  11. HOOGA may revise the Loyalty Program, including its benefits, tiers, earning rates and promotional terms, from time to time. Where required, members will be notified of material changes.

HOOGA TENCEL™ BEDLINEN TRADE-IN PROGRAM

Where the HOOGA TENCEL™ Bedlinen Trade-In Program is available at participating HOOGA UAE stores:

  1. Customers may trade in unwanted bedlinen of any brand, material or size.
  2. The bedlinen does not need to be a complete set, but it must include a bedsheet.
  3. Items must be reasonably clean, dry and hygienic.
  4. HOOGA store staff reserve the right to reject items that do not meet the trade-in requirements.
  5. Approved trade-ins may qualify customers for a cash rebate or promotional discount when purchasing eligible new TENCEL™ bedlinen during the same shopping visit.
  6. Trade-in rebates will normally be applied after other applicable store discounts unless otherwise stated.
  7. Certain products, promotions or collections may be excluded from the Trade-In Program.
  8. Trade-in rebates may not be combined with selected membership vouchers, birthday rewards or other promotions where stated.
  9. HOOGA may amend the eligibility requirements, participating products, rebate amount or other terms of the program from time to time.
